Hello,
I need help finding a title maker to cut in front of MPEG clips.
Does anyone know of a simple yet effective program that does this?

MS Paint
Just make a .bmp
Of course you could use some fancier programs to great .bpm's or .jpg's. But if you want simplicity use MS Paint...
My self, I just visit www.cdcovers.cc (watch the pop-ups... try pop-up stopper from www.download.com) and grab the scanned VCD cover, and drop that infront of my mpeg when drapping and dropping my files into NERO's burning window.
