    Hi everybody,

    I'm trying do some editing in AVI files using TMPGenc 4.0 XPress, but for my surprise upon loading the videos come upsidedown. I use ffdshow as codec package.

    Can anyone help with that???

    Only the videos that you encode with TMPG?
    I've seen upside down videos but that was a codec problem, every video was like that.
    Are you sure the problem is TMPG and not the codecs you are using to play it?

    I believe it is a codec thing, but they play just fine in any player.
    I haven't tried any other editing software though!

    Yes they have, many hundreds of times. In fact, that's why there is a 'Sticky' for it at the top of this forum.
