I followed all directions on this site to create an SVCD but when I play it on my VCD player, it plays in slow motion. if i fast forward once, then it plays in normal mode. Does anyone know what im doing wrong?

Also the outcome is in full screen. is there a way i can make it widescreen so that it's not in full screen?
