    I created a standard compliant svcd slideshow with Nero5.5 but I cannot play it in Windows media player or WinDVD.All other vcd's from capture play fine.The slideshow does play on my DVD player.

    What is your goal? If it plays fine in a standalone, isnt that 99% of your battle won?
