Ulead DVD PictureShow v1.0

I've created a nice picture show; When I tested it in Ulead's DVD PictureShow it plays great.
But when I burn it too CD-R (I've tried DVD & VCD) produce a flickered image every other picture.
I have the length on 5 seconds for each picture. But every other picture quickly flashes and then the next picture appears. It's like it skips every other picture.
Why in the world would it be doing this?

Actually come to find out WinDVD played it fine.
It was PowerDVD that couldn't play it.
I wonder why PowerDVD is so popular?
I can't get it to play: SVCDs, DVDs with certain protection, or this latest miniDVD correctly.
I have version 3, the latest I'm aware of for Win98 OS.

I guess it may depend on the DVD player if this miniDVD works correctly or not.

Power DVD XP is out, it should also work on Win98 SE I would think... it supports SVCD (finally)! and few improvements beyond that.

Just installed it, works great.
guess i still have to test the CD out on the DVD player though.
Thanx, i was thinking it specifically built for XP.
