Question: Region Free DVD Players

I'm in the process of buying Region 2 DVDs from Japan, and I'm needing help on finding a good region free DVD player. I don't need it to be a portable one though, just one I can hook up to my TV. I checked out some sites selling them then read reviews and most had bad reviews with bad quality picture or not loading the DVDs.

Can anyone give me any helping advice on what region free player I should get?

I need a backup for my Cyberhome code free player and I might check this one out since I use other region disc quite often. Also I know at this price quality might be a factor but I got my mom a $29.99 Magnavox and it really plays and works good...so who knows.
