    Starting VCDxBuild process...

    initializing libvcd 0.7.11 [cygwin/i686]

  2. I personally don't use TSCV but it seems like you got the setting for what you want to make incorrect (VCD2.0 or SVCD). VCD1.1 doesn't support PBC.

For more info on VCDImager and the XML system (the underlying guts of TSCV) read this: http://www.geocities.com/medinotes/vcd or the mirror http://www.vcdimager.org/guides

  4. It doesn't have your specific problem in a Q/A format but READ the article on the XML structure.

It tells you how to set whether the disc will be created as VCD1.1, VCD2.0, or SVCD which is your problem.

  5. If all you want to do is make chapters, I highly recommend VCDEasy...it hasn't failed me yet, and it's very easy to use. Load up your (S)VCD..check the "Turn PBC on" box, and then go to chapter tab and enter your time values, or paste the smartripper .txt file. Then glick "Go" and it builds the cue\bin perfectly everytime.
