    Hi.
    I need to cut short and precise fragments and without loss of quality.
    I tried with some programs but with poor results.

    So, Can you tell me What programs support frame accuracy-smart rendering?.

    VideoReDo and TMPGenc MPEG smart renderer. Full stop.

    (Premiere and Vegas will do it with a limited set of specific codecs. Others, like AviDemux will do it if the edits are key frame only.)
