    Hi,

    I am tryint to join three AVI files into one. In VDM, I open the first file and once it is opened I click "Append segment" and add the second file and after that the same way for the third file.

    Once everything is finished, I get the full movie consisting of the three AVi files but after the movies titles I get some parts of the same movie and it runs again to the end (till the titles).

    I also tried to create one AVI from the two AVI files and once it is created to add the third AVI but the result is still the same.

    Please help. Thank you!

    Maybe you didn't scroll all the way to the end before appending?

    Anyway, another way is to make an Avisynth script:

    Joined.avs
    Code:
    video1.avi ++ video2.avi ++ video3.avi

    Then open that in VDub then just do File/Save as.

    Or, for many purposes, you can just use the script instead of an actual file.

    Untick "Autodetect additional segments by filename" on the VirtualDubMod append screen

    Thank you!

    What I had to do, remove the third file from the older. Only after that I was able to join the 1st and 2nd properly. Then I brought the 3d one back and joined it too.
