    OK.. I made the mistake of buying a WInTV GO, now I need some help with getting some capture software to use with it, I'm not very happy with the quality of the Mpeg's using the software that came with the card. Is there any hope for me, or am I totally wasting my time.

    You can use Virtual Dub (Tools Section) to capture using the Huffy codec. That should give you some decent quality. Remember though that your source video is going to be a higher quality than anything you compress. Capture avi, then convert to mpg.
