    Hi, i am a beginner in the multimedia/ video things.

    I am looking for software to edit the subtitle of my MPEG file (converted from VCD/ .DAT file using vcd Gear).
    Is there any simplest way to do it ?

    Nope, none. For VCD, the subtitle is as integral to the video as the actors.
