    need help!
    the movie is not fluide and it seems to stop for a 1\8 sec or somthing like that, evry few seconds.

  2. Probably you've taken an NTSC source and converted it to PAL? Try making the VCD the same standard (NTSC/PAL) as the source, with some luck your DVDplayer can still play it...

    how can i know if my movie that i download is ntsc or pal system?

  4. Simple, open the avi in virtualdub and check file info, if the rate is 25 fps it is PAL, 23.9something and 29 fps is NTSC. Life is easy...
