    Hello,

I'd been using VobSub Joiner with no problems but now it does as described in the title. It allows me to select the Input 1 & Input 2 files, but as soon as I press the Output button, it flashes the dialog box and then immediately shuts down the program?

I was having the usual problem I've seen described by others (and I still have never seen a 'fix') with joining a few AVIs where VDM says they have different bitrates or whatnot (seems strange since I think they were AVIs encoded and then cut so I'm just trying to join them back together but that's another story) so I installed and tried several other programs in an attempt to join them but none worked as quickly as VDM or they changed certain aspects of the file I didn't want changed. Anyways, could one of those have caused this strange behavior? They have all been uninstalled as well as uninstalling & reinstalling VobSub, but the problem persists. I've also tried doing a system restore but that didn't work either.

Has anyone seen this problem before and know how to fix it? I'm using VobSub 2.23. Is the source code available for this?

Can't help with VobSub in particular, since I don't use it to join subs. Instead, Subtitle Workshop works great, never a problem, unless the sub file is damaged, of course.

Regarding to VDM, the problem usually is a VBR audio. If I really want both avi joined, I disable both audio and then no problems to join video. Then I extract both audio to wav and later join.
