Hi,
I'am about to purchase a tv card, for my second PC on witch I'll be watching TV, maybe record some TV shows. The PC is AMD 700 Mhz, 384 MB of ram.
I can't choose between these two cards:
AVerTV GO 007 Plus

Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP RM
http://www.leadtek.com/multimedia/winfast_tv2000xprm_1.html
The couple diferences I found is that Avermedia has 9 bit analog to digital, Leadtek 8 bit, and the Leadtek's minimum requirements are lower in the half.
Witch card you think is better?
Thak You

Your computer isn't fast enough to do much more than watch TV with either of these cards.
If you want to keep that computer, you NEED a hardware encoding card such as a PVR-150.Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.

OK, lets say witch one would be better for watching TV, witch brand is better, witch one gives better picture quality?

The 9-bit should be better than the 8-bit, assuming all else is about equal.
Based on your hardware, you're running a laptop, correct? If so, then this is a moot point, unless you have a PCI slot in which one of these cards will fit. You will have to go the USB route. -
Is it possible that the "computer details" changed since I last looked? I must have been dreaming about an AMD 700Mhz.

No, it's not a laptop
And NO, the PC details still the same
Please understand My mayn computer is Pentium 4 2.6 Mhz, 1 GB Ram, this is my second PC witch I use, let's say as a second monitor, and it is AMD Duron 700Mhz, so I thought I can watch TV on it when I'am working on my first PC.
But some day the TV card might get transfered to my first PC, so that's why I'am asking witch card is better not only for watching TV, but also for show recording. -
Get a usb version that way it will be xfrable to any new or existing computer.. or even to sell on when you tire of it.
Corned beef is now made to a higher standard than at any time in history.
The electronic components of the power part adopted a lot of Rubycons.
