    i tried to burn a svcd with nero, using an mpeg2, but when i'm finished burning the cd is blank as if the burner didn't do anything to it. can anyone help???

    Make sure the cd is finalised and that you didnt use 'test mode' when burning

    This doesnt have much to do with authoring and burning. If i understood you right, you are complaining that your CD's arent looking burn (as most CD's do) after you burn an SVCD. well, either your burner is stuffed, or you are stuffed (you are burning in test mode). nothing more OR less
