    I'm converting my 60+ movies I have on CD to make them playable on standalone DVD players.

    When using nero, what am I looking for to determine whether I want to use PAL or NTSC?

    Unless you are making a menu with Nero, whether the VCD is PAL or NTSC is completely dependent on your source MPEG files.
