    What would you guys say us the best program to burn VCD's with i really am curious to know as i am newer to the VCD scene.

    It all depends on what you mean by "best".

    If all you are after is a simple multitrack VCD, then something like Nero is adequate.

    If you want to create menus, chapters, etc., then you will need a program like VCDImager +/- a GUI (e.g., TSCV or VCD Easy), VCD Toolkit or Videopack 5.
