How rip subs from a Episode DVD (Multi-PGC)

Hi, ppl.

I want to know, how i can rip the subs from a Multi PGC Episode DVD?
Because i have The Simpsons on DVD and i want, to trade english subs by portuguese, but i need to sycronize the PT subs with the timmings of ENG Subs.
If i rip with subrip, i get only a sub file, and if i rip only onde vob, i get middle episode mixed with other middle episode lol

Anyone can help me with that?

Hi to all.
I resolve my problem with VobSub+Subrip. If anyone have my problem, use this programs.
VobSub to get the subs from each PGC, and open each sub file with subrip
