  1. the file a i am trying to convert to VCD is


    VIDEO: 352 x 192, 24 Bits, 70976 Frames, 20.000 Frames/Sec, 62 KB/Sec, MS-MPEG4 V3

    AUDIO: MPEG Layer-3,96 kBit/s, 48,000 Hz, Stereo

    and i am using NERO. i try'd to burn the file, but i am doing something wrong.

    anyone know where there is a tutorial? is this file ok? do i need to change it?

    why when i click "burn" does it act like it is burning, but my drive is not working? the cd-writer drive doesnt spin, and it takes two hours, and then nothing?

  2. 1) Encoding with Nero is NOT recommanded! unless TMPGEnc becomes a plug in for it, till then, DON"T!
    2) Have you ever made a burn with Nero and your CDRW drive ?
    3) When encoding AVI's, I suggest you use VirtualDub to save the Audio into a WAV file, and use TMPGEnc to encode it, and THEN use Nero to burn the file.
