    Hi,

can anyone guide me through converting a swf file to an avi file.

I'm using SUPER, I put the file in and it won't encode it with anything.

I'm sure the file is fine, but I keep getting error.

    Thanks

So you're not going to tell us what those errors are?

I think (though I might be mistaken) that SUPER, and the underlying tools, are only able to convert FLV video within Flash, not the type of Flash files you often encounter on the net.

For regular Flash files, you can also use converters like SWF2AVI, but they might require you to manually piece the elements of the AVI together.
(I haven't actually tried it, but my sister's experienced with using SWF2AVI )

  6. I also found (from a post on here) an .swf plugin for the tmpg encoder. This worked great. The only downside is that it would not support the sound, but at least the pic came out very nice
