  1. What I want to do is put 5 files on a dvd at 20 percent each, using the wizard by default as soon as I load a file in it, it will make it 60% of the dvd so I have to change it to 20% each time which gets annoying after a while. So what I did was load the dvd template, there was only 1 ntsc so it has to be that I change the size from the orinal 720*480 to 352*480 and change the motion search precision from motion estimate search to NORMAL. save it and load it in the template and its still loading the default 720*480,60% and fast motion. If I dont use the wizard the settings will stay but I can't get each file to be exactly 20% I've tried setting a specific bitrate in the template and not use the wizard, sometimes it makes the file go over 20% so it messes up the dvd and I have to reencode and all. Oh each file is about the same length btw. I hope you guys can shed some light and help me get the template I want working using the WIZARD.

If you use the correct bitrate with either a CBR or 2-pass VBR encode, you will get the size you want. If you use 1-pass VBR or CQ (constant quality) to encode, the output size is not predictable.
