I have a DVD movie with DTS only audio and I'd like to convert it to Divx, including subtitles. I tried tons of ripping/converting software but they either doesn't support DTS and/or subtitles. Can you please tell me which software I can use?

Yes Baldrick, AutoGK can encode the video and convert or just mux the DTS track. See Q 2.9:

And if you just want to mux the DTS into an already encoded video, then AVIMuxGUI is probably the best bet.
