hi guys
I got some vcd's that have been burned in really cheap cd-r's and I'm starting to get a lot of errors from them... So I decided to copy them to decent cd's, but I'm not sure about wich method should I use... should I just directly copy it, or should I extract mpg's and reconstruct the vcd's?...
I don't know if it's worth the trouble "fixing" the errors in the mpg and getting a lot of those error blocks, or would it play the same(on a DVD player) if I just copied them...
On the computer it usually freezes for a couple of frames when there is an error, wich pisses me off, I'd rather have junk blocks in the picture than losing frames and getting cut audio... but I don't know how these errors would look on a DVD player...
So... what do you think I should do? What is the best way to keep as much data as possible? Thanks for the attention!

I have experienced the same thing. I usually just "Copy Disc" option in Nero...and they play fine. Hope that works for you.
