    Apple has set loose the hounds of marketing and the units are (or will be tomorrow) available in Apple stores.


    For those who want to know:

    - doesn't support DivX
    - non-Disney movies already available (have been for a while)
    - *does* play non DRM'ed music and video (just like iPod)
    - overpriced like the ipod and the iphone (which is also outclassed)

    Ahh yeah divx IS supported just not AVI's. Divx is mpeg 4 nothing more. And by the way divx is "outclassed" by h.264 anyway.
