    A: If the subs are "hard coded", the best you can do is to cut the picture off.
    B: If it has selectable subs, simply tell the player not to display subtitles.

    iv heard BS player,they say it can remove hard subs,is that true?

    Hard subs can't be removed by other means than leaving out that part of the picture (or bluring the area of the subs). They are part of the image as much as anything else in the picture. You might as well try to find a player that removes all cats in a movie.
