Hi,
In Windows Media Player the brightness control doesn't work when playing DIVX AVIs. Is there any way to fix this?
Thanks.

Probably not. Some encodes are messed up and not all adjustments work. WMP is not the best player. Try VLC media player and see if it has the same problem. If not, it's probably WMP or a problem with the encode.
