    Hi,
    I'm trying to play DVDs on my HP laptop (1.2 GHz, 512 MB, XK SP2) using the latest Windows Media Player.
    After app. 20 minutes the player stops and continues for a few minutes. Then it stops again and continues playing (shorter than the first time).
    It sounds to me that some memory is filling up and can't handle the task.
    Does anybody have an idea what that could be and how to solve it???

    Everytime I experience a problem with wmp, I try a different player. Try media player classic.
