  1. How can i play h.264 with mpc?I've heard of mplayer but i don't want to use it.I'd like to know if there's a way to playback avc with mpc.

I also tried nero showtime but said something about needing retail or web edition.

With k-lite. Probably. Looks like k-lite contains my ffdshow compile from the 11th anyway though which handles AVC decoding fine, just not lossless AVC. You need the build from the 19th for that.

    Did you create the ffdshow?

No. ffdshow is mainly developed by Milan, although it makes use of a lot of other opensource code (ffmpeg, mplayer, mad, libdts, liba52, realaac, etc.).

I just compile and release it since there seemed to be a need and no one else was doing it.

There won't be any new builds from me for most of next month though as I will be away.
