    i noticed that with tmpgenc the conversion quality is excellent. why though, does the picture freeze/skip for about .5 seconds every once in a while(it is perfect in ogm format. this only occurs once converted to mpg)? what is it i could have done wrong? i use tmpgenc plus.

    i use the wizard in tmpgenc plus. i converted a few other files and the same thing happens skipping/freezing if it's the input/output framerates how do i configure them properly?? PLEASE HELP!
