  1. ok i used fit cd to see how i should convert my 80 min .avi file into mpg-1. and i could do that and easily fit it on a 800mb cd with 1045kbs video and 112kbs sound. and so i encoded with tmpgenc. but instead of being 670mb it was 808!!!!!!! now i encoded one at a time. the movie and sound. now apart it was the right size. but combined it was much bigger. and i encoded as one, whole file. it came out 808. is there anything i can do??? i'm gonna de-mux it and join em with some other program. but please reply cuz i doubt this will work. thanks alot.

Remember that you can fit about 800 MB on a 80 min cd if making XVCD and if you overburn some seconds it might fit.
