My VCD plays, but the audio and video are off....?

My VCD plays well, but its liek the old chinese movies where he talks and then 3 seconds later his mouth moves...How DO I FIX THIS? It's the most annoyign thing ever! I burnt it using EZ CD Creator 5's VideoCd program. Thanks.
