  1. When i selected the dvd mpeg2enc with this latest version 0.0.9s nothing happpens. the progress bar just twirls around. i have the mpeg encoder installed correctly as the list doesnt show at start up to tell if there is anything wrong. it worked on the previous verison even though the frames still froze as i've said.

With regard to the other post about the speed of the burning, i already tried a lower speed before but that didnt work either.

    any ideas???

  2. Do you mean the blue progress bar or the round indicator in the ffmpegX window? In the first case please post the process output by clicking the blue "i" info button.

  3. The progress bar that i mean is the twirly stripy bar (technical description) that happens before any percentage bar starts. below is the info that i get and it dosent move any further after that. as ive said i was able to get it to work in the previous version even though the frames froze(please refer to my previous post).

  4. Check whether the output file grows in size while the above is happening (eg. by doing apple-I on the output file).

  6. Try the option "Open in terminal window" and check if that gives more error information at runtime. You may also email me a clip or screenshots to major4@mac.com so as I may try to reproduce your issue and spot its source.
