Dvd burning problem

Hi,
When trying to copy a dvd disk the default action i get is to save the data as nrg file on the disk.
After doing so i am not able to burn the image to a dvd media (it "forces" me to save the save the same image on the disk again It doesnt also let me change to my dvd writer in the dropbox only to image recorder).

If your DVD burner doesn't show up in the drop down box for Choose Recorder, then your version of Nero doesn't explicitly support your burner. Check the Nero website (AHEAD.DE), find out whether your burner is supported by a later version, and upgrade to that version.

Hi again,
I cant find a burning software that supports my burner, i checked with nero&easy cd creator but they donT support the dvd burner version: HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC-4520B (LG)

That might be because your drive is not a DVD Writer, but a CD-R/W DVD combo drive. It's only able to read DVDs.

I ran nero info tool and according to it supported write fetaures are dvdr and dvd rw.
What can you make of it (enclosed print screen)
