Doesn't BB sell TDKs 50-pack for $19.99? Ofcourse it depends who made these TDKs, but if theyre by TY then it would be great and better deal than Fujis, unless theyre by CMC or other crapfactory...

Yes, this week the TDK + and - R 8x media are on sale. Sometimes BB lists the Fuji as 4x and actually in-store it is 8x. I know that recently the Fuji +R media has been the MIJ stuff which is TY. I don't buy much TDK, generally just Maxell and Fuji so I generally don't list the TDK stuff when I post deals.

Last time I got a pack of the +R Fuji's, they were marked "up to 8x" and made in Japan. They were TY.

When it comes to +R Fuji's, the BB "item number" or "product number" for the 4x and "up to 8x" spindles are the same. So even if the ad says 4x, chances are you can pickup the 8x for the same price.
