I'm definitely new at this but have managed to use VCDImagerGUI to take an MPEG file and bin/cue it with the warning that "the mpeg stream will be padded on the fly."
When I open it in CDRWIN, this program thinks that the running time is roughly half the actual time. However, I am able to successfully burn the cd. When I play the CD in the DVD player, it runs too fast. I'm thinking it's a problem with the bin/cue creation but I can't quite figure out the why of it.
I'm off to the store now to buy some new and different media but it's done it twice now, once on a CD-R and once on a CD-RW disc so I'm still going with the bin/cue issue.
Hardware list:
Phillips CDRW 800
SamSung DVD M301
Any ideas?
