looking for bt 878 driver to capture pal60 signal.

Hi! I have an Avermedia Tv capture 98 with the fusion878a chipset, Can someone of you point me to a web page where to download a driver that enables pal60 capturing, I know that this chipset can capture in pal 60 mode, but I don't know why manufacturer don't abilitates this possibility in the drivers release.
No OS problems, in my computer are installed Win 98, win2000 pro and winXP pro, so any driver is well accepted! ^_^

Try here : this generic driver suports PAL 60 you might have to change the settings with graphedit as amcap is broken "unable to send graph to filter!!!"

I can use it to watch PAL 60 but I drop a load of frames when capturing Pal60 720 x 480 29.97fps or lower. Also the frames look like they have gaps in between. I read somewhere that this is related to my card needing 2 crystals?
