    Is there an easy way using toast to get 2 SVCD downloaded files to a VIDEO_TS to burn to DVD? I have tried one of the tutorials using several apps, but must have done something wrong.

    Sure, extract the mpegs by using GNU VCDTools or by making an image and extracting with Toast, or with VCD Copy X. Then simply drag the mpegs onto Toast's video window set to DVD.
