  1. ok, I have been burning vcd's of rock concerts for some time now and haven't had any problems. Now there is a concert I would like to burn that I have downloaded that is supposed to be in svcd format. I downloaded all of the .rar files and ran the exe file which gave me a .cue and a .bin file. Now what do I do with those?

When I have downloaded .rar files for vcd's and ran the exe file, I get an mpg file that I can burn on to a cd-r, but I have never done this for svcd and I have looked all over this site for help about the .bin adn .cue files but can't really find anything. Can anyone help me?

I am using Nero but I also downloaded VCDEasy but I can't figure this out. Thanks.

  2. CDRWin, Fireburner, Blindwrite, and CDRDAO can burn the bin/cue files to a CD (they are CD image files).

  3. As what kinneera said.

For a step by step guide, I wrote an article on burning CUE/BIN images here: http://www.geocities.com/medinotes/vcd/burning_cuebin_images.html

Do NOT use Nero to burn CUE/BIN images of S/VCDs.

  4. Hey thanks a lot to both of you. I already had CDRWin and didn't realize it could burn a cd image. I did it and it worked great. Thanks again.
