I looked at the newbie DVD Guide here: http://www.mrbass.org/dvdnewbie/, and figured the problem I had trying to burn a DVD yesterday was my region wasn't set. I got an error that stated "check your TV settings" or something to that effect when I tried to watch it on my TV.
Anyway, using W98, I cannot set the region on my DVD Burner (LG GWA-4161B). I tried going into the device manager, but the option to set the region isn't there.
