I have Nintaus 9901 and tried SVCD with subtitles, created with I-author. But there are NO subtitles on the screen and after pressing SUBTITLE button on RC it says that there are no subtitles (hand icon in top left corner of screen). But in VCDHELP database of DVD players I found that this player CAN play SVCD with subtitles.
Anyone tried it on Nintaus 9901 too ? It not work for me, but someone reported that it work, but HOW !?

and one more thing - this SVCD is PERFECTLY SYNCED ! No audio synchronisation problem. It is propably TMPEG bug, because desync is ONLY on FIRST CD encoded with TMPEG, but can be done using FAST FORWARD and PLAY. Simply hit FF and PLAY when CD is loaded, that is it.
