    Can Nero be used to burn a miniDVD? This assumes I have multiple DVD compliant MPEG-2 files. If Nero can be used, can a Chapter menu be made with it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Yes Nero can burn miniDVD as any CDRW burning software can...you ned only to write the files in udf/is09660 bridge mode....no, it does have chpater making abilities, nor does any other burning app....you need a DVD authoring app for that purpose.
