Hello,
Is there any benefit to cutting on I Frames with Womble MPEG-VCR? Is this better to maintain audio-video synch? Lastly, if it is beneficial to cut on I frames, does it matter for the last cut? In other words, let's say the video is 30 minutes long, and I don't need the last 5 minutes, should I still use an I frame at 25.00, or that doesn't matter?
Thanks!

With Womble you can cut anywhere and it will create an I-frame at the edit point.
