Hello,
I have a bit of a problem and so a question.
I have WinDVD 6 installed and all commercial DVDs look awesome on my LCD 19” monitor, but when I play the stuff I have shot/edited/encoded they look pretty bad on this monitor.
My stuff, when viewed on tv through the standalone DVD player, well, it looks great as usual.
For several months I have been researching digital projectors. There is an issue with some that don’t do de-interlacing of regular, standard video, and some which do a great job. So I think this is the problem I have here as well.
WinDVD does not give options for playback, as far as I can tell.
What software should I look for which will process and play standard video best to a monitor or a projector (same thing)?
Thank you,
Paul
