    I downloaded a movie, in .asf form. I converted it into .mpg format. I'm using Roxio's VideoCD program, and when I go to burn it, it says thats the size and two other elements are "unacceptable".     Your MPEG-1 is not VCD compliant. If you are using TMPGEnc, make sure that you load the relevant VCD template. Click on "what is VCD" on the menu to the left for more info.
