DVIO can output DV files to your camcorder via the fire wire port. The camcorder of course, can then play what it is receiving through the fire wire port out the A/V out or S-video out connectors. Make sure the camcorder is set to DV Out.

Sure it's possible. You just need a PC video card with TV out. They come in different types. Most have SHVS output, but a few have composite out. If you have a TV with video input you can put the composite into it, along with the output of your sound card. A VCR with those inputs can be used if your TV has just RF (channel 3, 4 etc.) input only.

Look at the 'Capture Cards' to the left or search for video cards with 'composite output'.

    Found this.
I don't think there is a way unless a special program handles it.

Didn't mean to confuse you. As far as I know, there is no way to output your desktop (What is on your computer screen) to the Firewire (DV)output.

What I would suggest is to get a video card that has composite output and use that for TV.

Saw this in the DV forum. Good if you only want to watch the video on TV.
