    I have created a full vcd in Phillips toolkit (vcd autoring program) how do i burn final files on a cd. I was told in the guide listed on this site that they can be burned using winoncd or gear, but gear is no longer availible and winoncd costs money. Does anyone know of any other program that supports Phillips files, and burns them? thanks in advance.
