I transferred a lot of video from my mini dv camcorder into an external hard disk.I captured using Sony's 'Movie Shaker' software and the movie file has an extension .dv
When I play the video using any player, to my surprise I found the video jumping or in other words it is playing fast and it is not clear to watch. But when I transfered other videos directly in to my laptop's hard disk from the Camcorder they are fine.Could someone please help me how to fix this problem of jumping video? Is there any software that could fix this ?I don't have the original video anymore in my cassettes as I overwrote them.
I greatly appreciate any help.
