Ok I dont know what part of the forum this should go in, or maybe not even vcdhelp.com forums at all. But I'm running win2k and I use AnyDvd with either elby clonedvd or dvdshrink. I had my dvd-rom (ide) on a usb 2.0 thing and I was getting i/o errors when using the two above programs. So i thought it would be better to put the dvd-rom on IDE like its supposed to be. Btw, I noticed that usb 2.0 is about twice as fast as IDE for those of you who want performance when ripping. Anywho...I still get the same errors. So I decided to rip w/ my dvd burner, cuz its name brand, as where my dvd-rom is just some cheap player i picked up. Same thing. I'm still getting i/o errors. Any advice?
