    I get the error message TMPGenc error Illegal floating decimal point calculation order when trying to encode an avi and wav file which was originally a divx file, has anyone any ideas why, or how I can overcome it.

    Have tried in two different versions of tmpg and get the same.

    forget this it turned out to be a corruption in the original divx file
