    i've just tried creating an mp2 from an ac3 using doom9s guide but the file it produces seems way to big and when i play it in wmp it says the length of the file is 2hrs 16mins when the actual movie is only 1hr 44mins. also it seems to skip more than skippy the bush kangaroo. can anyone help???? please!!

    don't know what doom9 suggest, but i would use besweet to decode to .wav (and change sample rate if neccesary) and then lame to encode to .mp2 (not sure if it'll do it all in one go or if it's two seperate steps)
